Sacred Circle Dances are moving meditations that integrate mind, body, and spirit, leading to harmony and balance. These are simple and gentle dances that have meditative qualities and ancient roots in dances of the folk, with music from around the world. Dancing together, we create community and connect to ourselves and others. No partners needed; no previous dance experience is necessary. All dances will be taught each time.
